A Duson councilwoman’s son has got himself in a world of trouble.
According to The Advocate, Paul Felix, 26, got into an argument with Donavan Henry, 25, and fired a shot at him but missed, Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Capt. Craig Stansbury said in a news release.
Later Tuesday, Henry fired back, hitting Felix in the leg, Stansbury said.
Henry, 25, was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on one count of attempted second-degree murder, possession of a stolen firearm, felon in possession of a firearm and resisting arrest, Stansbury said.
Felix was treated at a hospital then arrested on one count of attempted second-degree murder.
Henry’s bond was set at $110,000.
