Two facing charges following arrest in Jennings

A Terrytown man and Elton woman are facing numerous charges after being arrested in a hotel near Jennings Thursday afternoon, according to The American Press.

Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesman Christopher Ivey said Thomas Davis LaBouve Jr., 1990 South Forest Lawn, Apt. 15, and Kyla J. Dupont, 398 Hollingsworth Road, were apprehended at the Budget Inn on La. 26.

Ivey said both were wanted in Allen Parish in connection with an incident on Feb. 13.

Labouve, 39, will be charged with simple robbery, second-degree battery, theft and conspiracy to simple robbery.

Dupont, 27, will be charged with theft, simple robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery.
