Busted In Acadiana

Christopher Singleton, 18, 100 block of Friendship Alley Amelia, LA was arrested on March 20, 2013 at 1:03 pm on a warrant for aggravated assault with a firearm and aggravated criminal damage to property. Deputies located Singleton at his residence on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation which began on March 1, 2013 when a complainant came into the SMPSO in Morgan City and reported that a subject fired several gunshots into a vehicle on Friendship Alley. The detective working the case identified Singleton as the suspect who fired the weapon at the vehicle and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Singleton was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
