The Eunice man, previously accused of hitting an ex-girlfriend with a skillet after breaking into her home and chasing her down the street and previously convicted after being accused of putting a hot iron to the back of his then-two-year-old son, was charged this week with 2nd degree battery, domestic abuse battery with injuries and disturbing the peace.
He was arrested after allegedly holding a woman down and pouring a bottle of bleach on her face and body, beating her with a belt, then fleeing. She was treated at the emergency room and released.
Police did not indicated whether the woman is same one he chased down a street brandishing an electric skillet after allegedly breaking into her home.
Ceaser is still on bond in that case. His bond in the current case was set Wednesday at $11,500.
Prior to that, police said, a then-girlfriend allegedly stabbed him because he took too long doing yardwork at another’s residence.
He was sentenced to five years, all but one suspended, in 2008, given credit for one year served in jail while awaiting trial, and put on three years probation with anger management classes among his probation’s requirements.
