Busted In Acadiana

William Winslow, 43, of Gray. Louisiana was pronounced dead at the scene after he was struck by a vehicle driven by India Walker, 25, of Schriever, Louisiana.

Reports say William was lying in the left lane of La. 24 north near Al’s Trailer Park when Walker approached in her 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.

Walker advised that she didn’t see Winslow until he was directly in front of her vehicle.

Walker passed an alcohol breath test.

Toxicology tests on Winslow, required by state law in fatal crashes, are pending.
