ustLouisiana woman found with head in trash can, syringe in her arm
Detectives from the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office say an Alexandria woman was arrested, but later released on bond after motel staff found her passed out with her face in a trash can from using a number of drugs.
According to investigators, Angela Frances Hansen, 45, of 1000 MacArthur Dr., #326, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, after she was passed out face down in a trash can, according to reports.
The caller from the motel complained about drug usage and said staff members had found a woman passed out with syringes around her, detectives say. Medical assistance was requested, detectives say, and they attended to Hansen, who was alert at the time of arrival.
Investigators say she didn’t require medical attention, but did notice that she still had a syringe still in an arm with a tourniquet, along with several syringes, Oxymorphone pills and marijuana in plain sight around the room.
After being booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center and charged, Hansen later was released on a $5,500 bond.
