It is with great pride that Chief Chad Leger and the Scott Police Department announces another big step with technology to better serve the residents and businesses of Scott. The Scott Police department is the first police department in the region to come out with a phone app. The app allows you to make quick calls to our department, send in tips, provides staff information by division which includes email addresses and much more. There are two main features in our app that we ask you to sign up for. The first is for Emergency Alerts, please allow push notifications when downloading the app as well as emailed newsletters. These features allows you to be notified of any emergencies, (road closures, accidents, chemical spills, hurricane updates, etc.) that are occurring in the City of Scott and surrounding area. Not only is this a great tool to have, but it is FREE on every IPHONE, IPAD and DROID devise.
