Busted In Acadiana

Lafayette, LA – On February 10, 2013, at approximately 2:15 am, Lafayette Police responded to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital regarding three shooting victim’s. According to investigators, the three male victims, all 15 years of age, were riding in a truck at approximately 1:45 am in the Canberra Subdivision. For unknown reasons, a male suspect fired three shots into the vehicle. All three victims were struck. The driver immediately drove himself and the two passengers to the hospital.

One of the victims died as a result of his injury. The two other victims are listed in stable condition. Investigators continue to gather information regarding the suspect and the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
