Louisiana man accused of taking naughty photos of women in Walmart dressing room again
West Monroe police arrested a man Friday accused of taking illicit pictures of women.
Williams Webb, 25, of 3100 Deborah Drive, Monroe, was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on a video voyeurism charge.
According to an arrest affidavit, a voyeur complaint was filed to police by a woman, who said while in changing rooms at Walmart, a man used his camera phone to take pictures from under her skirt.
The report stated video surveillance showed the incident, which confirmed the victim’s statement.
Police said a similar complaint was filed against Webb in 2007 and a similar investigation by Ruston police stated Webb was accused of similar behavior at Ruston’s Walmart.
When police took Webb into custody, he refused to make any statement.
Bond was not set.
