Busted In Acadiana

The Duson man accused of murdering his father in September 2011 has been formerly indicted on second degree murder.

Clerfy Touchet of Duson is accused of shooting his dad, Russell Touchet in the chest on September 17th, 2011 for unknown reasons.

After a brief investigation, Touchet was arrested and booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on man slaughter charges, however, the charges were later upgraded.

Toucher remains incarcertated on a $100,000 bond.
