Nose biter avoids prison time, brags about it on Facebook
A Scott man who was accused of biting a man’s nose off then going for his ear last year in the Black and Gold Casino parking lot accepted a plea deal in court this week according to sources who wish not to be identified.
Who’s surprised? It is the 15th Judicial under the leadership or lack thereof by our buddy District Attorney Mike Harson.
Blake Joseph Hebert, 25 of Scott was originally charged with second degree battery and faced up to fives years in prison, however, accepted a plea bargain which includes three-years of supervised probation and $3,500 in restitution. Don’t take our word for it, check out the image below that Hebert posted on his Facebook page.
For the victim, he is left with permanent scaring which we’re told will require many more surgeries to repair.
We should also mention, the victim is 57-years-old. Takes a real tough guy to beat up an older gentleman.
