Busted In Acadiana

Two male N.P. Moss students are accused of raping a female student during school hours this past Wednesday, according to KATC. 

The 16-year-old thug is charged with aggravated rape, and a 13-year-old thug is charged with principle to aggravated rape.

According to the station, Lafayette Police Department spokesperson Cpl. Paul Mouton says the alleged incident occurred at the Domingue Center, which is used as a gym for N.P. Moss students.

Mouton  would not release the age of the victim to the vulgars at KATC, but according to Louisiana law, one of the criteria for aggravated rape is the victim is younger than the age of 13.

The boys were booked into the Lafayette Parish Juvenile Detention Center.
