Busted In Acadiana

On January 12, 2013, at approximately 11:00 pm, Lafayette Police responded to the 800 block of 12th Street regarding an armed robbery. The victim stated that he was operating a cab when he was approached by two suspects. One of suspect produced a handgun and demanded the victim’s cash. The suspects fled the area in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured during the incident.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, detectives with Lafayette Police arrested Herbert Montgomery III (20) of Lafayette and charged him with armed robbery. Detectives issued a second warrant for the arrest of 20 year old Kendall Traller of Lafayette for Principle to Armed Robbery.
