Homeless man accused of raping a 9-year-old
Less than a day after New Orleans police began searching for a homeless man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl, he was arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Prison Thursday morning.
Thursday, prison records show Jackson was booked into the Orleans Parish Prison at 5:45 a.m. on charges of aggravated rape, obstruction of a public place and a charge that was listed with hold pending DNA information.
No further information was immediately available.
