Father finds his son, but he not saying where
Bobby Exley, the father of Brant, his 19-year-old son, confirmed on the phone that his son has been located. Bobby, however was not willing to say where or anything else.
Last week, Bobby, who graduated from North Vermilion High School in the 1990s, told the Meridional that he was worried because he had not heard from his son in a week. Brant is said to have been in Abbeville last week after he left the home of his mother, Christine, in Houston. Brant was said to be going to see an uncle in Abbeville but he did not stay long and suddenly left.
Bobby, who lives in Pierre Part today, said last week some people in Houston were threatening him, which may be why he left.
In a Meridional phone interview, Bobby did not want to give any details about where he was or who found him.
His family released a voice mail message on the “Finding My Son Brant Exley” Facebook page earlier this morning, left on Jan. 6, 2013, at 4:07 p.m. by Brant on his father’s phone saying, “Dad, don’t go home. They said there is a bomb in the house. I have mom’s gun… love you …bye.”
