Busted In Acadiana

Sheriff Louis Ackal advises that on December 18, 2012 Detectives with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office Bureau of Investigations arrested Kristin Fowler (DOB 04-19-1981 of 2703 Railroad Road, New Iberia) for first degree murder for the death of her two month old child. On May 14, 2012 Detectives responded to a local hospital where death of a two month old female infant was reported. Through many hours of investigation, detectives were able to obtain enough probable cause to issue a warrant for Fowler’s arrest. Fowler was booked into the Iberia Parish Jail on first degree murder and currently being held without bond.
