Busted In Acadiana

Thibodaux Chief of Police Scott Silverii announced that early this morning the Thibodaux Police Department received anonymous phone calls from someone making threats against facilities within the City of Thibodaux.

The Thibodaux Police Department is working in conjunction with the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Lafourche Parish School Board to take certain precautionary measures. Schools are on lock-down with Police Officers at the locations, and the District and City Court Houses have been evacuated. Police are currently investigating the calls.
