A 20-year-old Baton Rouge man was arrested Wednesday and accused of exposing himself to two teens this month at Parkview Baptist School, court documents say.
The first incident occurred between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 9 as an 18-year-old female student was sitting in class, an affidavit of probable cause says.
The student noticed Zachary Townley standing in the hall and looking through the open classroom door, the affidavit says.
When Townley saw the student looking at him, he exposed himself before running toward the stairwell that leads to the outside of the building, the affidavit says.
Almost a month later on Oct. 24, a 16-year-old student saw Townley as she was walking toward the school’s health center after running on the football field during physical education class, an affidavit says.
Townley, who was standing inside the school’s football stadium, exposed himself and then ran off, the affidavit says.
A Baton Rouge police officer working extra duty at the school on Wednesday was informed that Townley was again on campus, the affidavit says. The officer arrested Townley, 2351 Cedarcrest Ave., and booked him into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on two counts of obscenity.
