School Board Members Accused of Trying to Extort Money From Acting Superintendent
According to a just released incident report from the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office, FBI Agent Jeff Goins contact the Sheriff’s office and advised he was working a sting operation at Quarter’s Truck Stop in Opelousas, Louisiana.
The sting was in reference to St. Landry Parish School Board members Joseph Miller and Quincy Richard allegedly extorting money from Joseph Cassemere in exchange for their vote on the Wednesday election.
