Busted In Acadiana

The Opelousas Police Department arrested Phillip Tinubu on Friday following a complaint made by a patient at the Physician’s office where Tinubu is employed. According to the female victim, back in September of 2011 Phillip Tinubu who is a nurse at her doctor’s office entered her room to conduct an examination pre-screening prior to the doctor arriving. According to the victim it was then that Nurse Phillip Tinubu began touching her in an inappropriate manner. The victim stated she advised him to stop but he did it again. The victim then contacted a family member and reported what had happened. The female victim contacted police of the complaint and on November 4^th Phillip Tinubu was brought in for questioning and then arrested on the charge of 1 count of Sexual Battery. Currently the Opelousas Police Department is investigating several similar complaints made about Tinubu. More charges could follow.
