Busted In Acadiana

The Opelousas Police Department took into custody two Opelousas High School students identified as  Brandon Roberson and Christopher Roberson both residing at 1104 Park Ave. Opelousas Louisiana following an early morning stabbing of a 16 year old juvenile student. According to witnesses a fight began in the male restroom and spilled over into the hallway. The victim while fighting in the hallway sustained four stab wounds from Brandon Roberson. Officers were already on campus when the call came in therefore allowing them to contain the situation placing the school under immediate lock down. Officers were able to locate a set of Brass Knuckles on the victim. The knife used in the stabbing was located in a trash can on campus. Paramedics were called and the juvenile victim was transported to the Opelousas General Hospital where he underwent surgery for his wounds.  As of 4:30pm, the victim was listed in stable condition.  This investigation is still ongoing and more arrest are pending.
